National Hurricane Center - USA, offers warnings and satellite images of current and past hurricanes. It also offers an extensive collection of links to other weather-related sites.

Karlsruhe Weather Center, German language site with a lot of maps, satellite images and links to other sites.

KNMI - The Netherlands. Being Dutch I guess I should include a link to the Dutch national meteorological institute as well ;-)
